4.3. Hire agreements are issued by each vendor which include their own terms for late return, damage and other aspects which you should read carefully.

5. Ordering and Payment

5.1. When you place an order for equipment through the Website, you are entering into a contract with the vendor directly. Event-Rent.co.uk is not a party to any transactions between users and vendors.

5.2. Payment for equipment rentals is processed securely through our platform. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for any orders placed through the Website.

5.3. Security Deposit payments are held until the successful completion of your hire. Any damages or late charges may be deducted from your security deposit. Extra charges may be made to cover the cost of additional damage / late charges.

6. Intellectual Property
